These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you," "your") and 88bon ("88bon," "Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 88bon online gaming platform located at https://88bon.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an 88bon account or using any portion of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The Services provided by 88bon are intended exclusively for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. By registering an account, you affirm that:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
• You possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

88bon reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Postal ID, or other acceptable identification) at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds held therein. Any individual found to have registered an account using false information or while under the age of twenty-one (21) will have their account permanently closed, and all funds will be forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, including real-money gaming, you must register an account by providing accurate personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify 88bon of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 88bon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. 88bon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. Upon account closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to you, minus any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to 88bon, provided you are in compliance with these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

88bon accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), over-the-counter cash payments (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account within sixty (60) seconds for electronic methods and up to four (4) hours for over-the-counter methods, depending on third-party processing times.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have completed all required identity verification procedures; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold established by 88bon for your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes during business hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Manila time) and within twenty-four (24) hours outside of business hours. 88bon reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds or exhibiting suspicious activity, which may result in processing delays of up to seventy-two (72) hours.

4.3 Fees and Charges

88bon does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. Any fees charged by payment providers will be disclosed to you before completing the transaction. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or other third-party fees associated with your transactions.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

88bon is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted, unless exceptional circumstances apply. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

88bon offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

88bon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other Players, or employing any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate confiscation of bonuses, winnings, and closure of all associated accounts.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator Certification

6.2 Game Integrity

6.3 Prohibited Betting Strategies

Certain betting strategies, including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage betting, and bonus abuse, are prohibited on the 88bon Platform. 88bon employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect such activities, and Players found engaging in prohibited strategies will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. If violations are confirmed, all winnings will be confiscated, and accounts will be permanently closed.

• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive behavior;

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for personal gain;
• Conducting money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities through the Platform;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 88bon staff or other Players;
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and materials available on the 88bon Platform are the exclusive property of 88bon or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 88bon, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

88bon is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, payment processor errors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 88bon, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your breach of any applicable laws or regulations; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 88bon, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88bon regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
